Nicolas Eypert
From Entertainment Bobber Wiki
Nicolas Eypert is a creative director currently working at Ubisoft Montréal. Nicolas had a long career in the gaming industry, with credits going as far back as the SSI's Advanced Dungeons & Dragons: Pool of Radiance released for Amiga in the late 80's. While he had been working as a scripted events lead on 2005's Xbox title Far Cry: Instincts at Ubisoft Montréal, with the advent of the Wii game system, he was given a task of leading his team to build a first-person shooter using the system's unique control scheme by launch day, Red Steel. The game was developed at Ubisoft Paris and was released the same day as Wii launched in Japan, on December 2, 2006. Despite the criticism, Red Steel met the big success with the public and had sold around 1 million units. Since then, Nicolas Eypert worked as a creative director at Ubisoft Montréal on Lost: Via Domus. The project had the reputation of being very secretive, which was explained by development team's needs to ensure that it could take time with the concept of the game. The game was released in Feburary 2008.
